Step 1: Send Photos
Email clear photos of your items to: consign@reboundstores.com
To help us evaluate your items accurately, please include the following details If possible:

  • Brand or Manufacturer

  • Condition (any wear or damage?)

  • Materials (e.g. solid wood, veneer, leather, etc.)

  • What you originally paid

  • Where and when you purchased it

  • Estimated age

We'll get back to you with estimated pricing within 3 business days.

Step 2: Sign the Agreement

Download, fill out, and sign our Consignment Agreement to move forward.

Step 3: Deliver Your Items

You can drop off items Monday through Friday, between 11 AM and 5 PM.
Need help moving? We’re happy to recommend a trusted third-party mover.

  • If your item does not sell within the 90-day period, you have a few options:

    • You may pick up your item.

    • We can donate the items if you prefer.

    • If we believe the item still has selling potential, we may continue to sell it past the 90 days at a discounted price of 50%.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging delivery of their items to our store. If needed, we can recommend reliable third-party movers based on the size of your load.

  • Checks are mailed directly to you or electronic payment Venmo/ Zelle

  • No, we accept items on consignment only and do not purchase items directly.

  • In most cases, we provide appraisals via email. For full household consignments, we may make a house call if deemed necessary.
